  • What is a lead?

    A lead is a person who enters your contests and provides their full name and contact details (phone & email address) with opt-in permission to contact them, AND the consumer intelligence you need to achieve higher close rates!

  • How do I know the contests I use have received the appropriate lottery permits?

    When conducting trade promotions in Australia you are required to obtain a lottery permit from relevant states and territories such as New South Wales, South Australia and ACT. These permits are displayed in the competition contest rules and also in the Promoter section of the entry form. Other states and territories don’t provide lottery permits, however the competitions must adhere to their respective requirement, which they do.

    Before running any competition within Australia we ensure we have obtained the required lottery permits. When you use our contests you will be added to the competition as a designated Co Promotional Partner, and we’ll add your company name, street address and ABN to the contest rules.

    If you operate outside of Australia, you need to ensure that the contests you use are compliant with the jurisdictions you intend to operate in. If there are any special permits and/or requirements you need to include in the contest rules (or elsewhere), let us know and we’ll be happy to help!

  • Can I ‘qualify’ leads to my specifications?

    Absolutely! You determine the survey questions contestants must answer to enter the contest and which answers are ‘qualified’ to your needs! You also have a number of options for displaying the answers to your survey questions – drop down boxes, input boxes or tick boxes.

  • Are leads capped in any way?

    There are no caps or restrictions to the number of leads you generate at any time!

  • Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?

    You can easily upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Simply let us know when you’d like to upgrade and we’ll make the necessary changes.
